Hi, I'm Susan and I love to read more than anything else, I also love discussing the books that I read which is why I created this blog a little over three years ago. It's a place where I can keep track of the books that I'm reading, post my thoughts on those books in the form of reviews, and talk about anything else bookish related that might interest me. I also wanted a place, where I could communicate with other blogger's who love to read and discuss books as much as I do.
My favorite YA book series is Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling, because the world and the characters that she has created are so memorable, magical, and everything about it just gives me the warm and fuzzies. My favorite author is V.C. Andrews (herself and not the ghost writer currently writing under her name), because she is an author that completely changed the way that I read books. She influenced me in so many ways and definitely challenged me to step outside of my comfort zone quite a bit. The Dollenganger series and My Sweet Audrina, are some of my absolute favorite books by this phenomenally talented and amazing woman.

Other than reading, I really enjoy designing and creating my own custom jewelry. This is a hobby that I've been doing for a little over a couple of years now and the more I do it, the more that I learn and the better each piece I design gets. I love creating jewelry that's inspired by some of the books and series that I've read or am currently reading, I also have a Facebook page that I've created to showcase some of the pieces that I've made and designed if you're interested in checking them out. My plan is to eventually start selling these pieces, hopefully. I do take custom orders, if you're interested or would like me to design something for you. All you have to do is use the contact form on the blog and let me know what you're interested in and I'll be happy to discuss prices with you.
I am also a bit of a television junkie, whether it's binge re-watching one of my favorite shows (currently I'm re-watching The X-Files on Netflix), or just catching up with the latest episode of Criminal Minds, The Vampire Diaries, The Walking Dead, etc. I should probably just tell you right now, that I am a HUGE Doctor Who fanatic and I love anything to do with Sherlock and Downton Abbey. I can get pretty nutty and go a little fangirl crazy about these, just to warn you a little bit.
