Releasing This Week: Catacombs (The Immortal Archives #3) by Devon Ashley

Hosted by: Devon Ashley

For the past couple of years, I've been saying that I was going to get around to reading the Immortal Archives by Devon Ashley, I just haven't had much of a chance to really. THIS...makes me want to pick up the first book in the series, Ordained which you can find available for free on AmazonB&N, and other places if you're interested in reading it. I kind of love a really dark and gritty urban fantasy, so I'm pretty sure that I'll love this series.

Devon is releasing the third book in her Immortal Series this week, Catacombs, and to celebrate she's sharing various teasers and hosting an awesome giveaway that you won't want to miss out on. But, don't just take my word for it, check out the teaser below...

That mysteriously ominous tag-line makes my skin crawl in the most delicious amazing way! lol. Now I really, REALLY, really want to pick up the first book, so that I can get my hands on this one. I'm even more excited that there are more New Adult books and series being written that aren't just focused on contemporary romance or steam erotic novels for the sake of baseless passion being written. To me, there is so much more to New Adult novels than what there appears to be, so I definitely urge you to take a chance on them or you might miss out on some great books and series.

No one will hear her scream.

More than five years have passed since Emily was accidentally infected with the blood of a pure vampire. Now a member of this elite secret organization, it’s time for her to run her trials and determine her place within the hierarchy. After an awkward evening with her leader Gaius, she wants nothing more than to get back to teaching at the Warrior school for demon hunters. But before she even has the chance to leave, she, Noel and Abby are all summoned to deal with the organization’s dirty little secret. Something deadly has been trapped within the catacombs beneath their headquarters for centuries, waiting for the day to wreak vengeance. That day has finally come – and the horror of what lies beneath may destroy them all.

An Excerpt from Catacombs

Banging again, the door was swiftly yanked open between her third and fourth pound.

Disheveled would have been a kind assessment to the nightmare standing before her. The blackout curtains were still closed, but even in the dimness, Abby could tell Emily looked like she’d gone one-on-one with a weed whacker and lost. Pushing her way into the room, she teased, “Well, that explains why you’re not out there fighting for the attention of a certain bachelor.” Damn, this room is nice.

Emily closed the door and roughly rubbed her hands all over her face. “I may be looking for a partner in life but I’m not desperate for one.”

“And dating Gaius would be considered an act of desperation?”

“Competing for him would be.” Emily dug through her bag, flinging out fresh clothes with so much force they whipped the air. Why she hadn’t put them in the drawers yet, Abby didn’t know. “I mean, why are all these women throwing themselves at him anyway?”

“Well, I’ve only spent so much time with him, but from what I’ve seen he’s nice, smart, powerful, he rules an organization and he allows all kinds of immortals to use his pad as a haven to escape the craziness of the world. Exactly which of those traits were supposed to turn those women off?”

“Whatever. They can throw themselves at him all they want. I’m not gonna play this game.”

Abby couldn’t help but smile, but thankfully Emily was too preoccupied with her bag to notice. “But you already are. You just have a different strategy. Kudos to you for playing hard to get. Being easy certainly hasn’t worked.”

Snapping to attention, Emily actually pointed at her on the way to the bathroom. “I’m not playing hard to get.”

“Uh-huh. Okay.”

“I’m not!” Emily yelled defiantly as she crossed the threshold. Abby yanked the curtains open to fill the room with much needed light, then nosily browsed the room that felt twice the size of hers and Noel’s. Quite honestly, Abby was surprised the room just had a sitting area instead of an actual living room since it was in the secured wing. She must’ve been given one of the smaller rooms on the floor, but still, it beat hers by far. Gaius had been very generous.

On the table beside her reading chair was a framed photo Abby couldn’t resist picking up. It was of Emily, Darby and Mira, all dressed up for the festival back in Wellas, the little town down the mountain from where the Order’s school was. They were an Athenian goddess, a Swiss bar maid and a glittering fairy – their cheeks cherry red from the cold. She smiled, remembering that night all too well. This was the before shot. Before they got drunk. Before they were jumped on and slashed at by a baby grinloch.

Before it all went to shit.

Before both of Emily’s best friends died.

Two more hunters gone from this Earth. Even with Eraticus gone, they were still dying too quickly.

Her smile now saddened, she placed the picture back.

“So why are you so bent out of shape?” she asked. “Why do you care what these women do?”

“I’m not and I don’t!” Her voice was echoing inside the bathroom, and Abby wondered if Emily had neighbors who could hear her right now. “I just think he can do better, is all.”

“So does he apparently. Otherwise he would’ve picked one by now.” Flicking on the light and opening the closet door, Abby’s jaw dropped before crying out, “Whoa! Holy mother of walk-in closets!”

“What?” she asked, joining Abby in the oversized closet.

“What?” Abby mocked. Fingering through the rack with admiration to the new wardrobe, Abby stated, “You did not bring that much luggage with you. So either you’ve learned a spell to rip off a couture shop or this wardrobe was awaiting your arrival.”

“Yeah, so? Doesn’t your closet look the same?”

Abby felt her muscles take on that are you nuts? face – the one she usually reserved for Noel – and her head slowly rotated sideways. It took a second, but Emily’s expression finally took on a knowing look. “Oh. Oh! Oh, crap.”

“Yeah. Oh, crap,” Abby parroted. Crossing her arms, she curiously asked, “What exactly has happened between the two of you so far, ‘cause he sure as hell hasn’t been this generous with me.”

Uncomfortable with the question, she fidgeted, stammering, “I… Well…”

Oh holy whoa! What an excerpt, lots of fun and lots of tension there...
More on the rest of the series!

Normally, the school creates the hunters - not the monsters.

Abby Sorrensten likes to play rough. Ripping the horns off the foreheads of demons, manipulating lightning and setting things on fire with the flick of your wrist can give you a serious rush. So she probably wasn’t the best choice for the Order’s experimental training program. Thirteen years of isolation, lack of affection and a bruised and broken body from horrendous training sessions creates more than just an exceptional fighter. It creates an evil within - an evil responsible for several deaths the night she left.

Two hundred years later Abby resurfaces as the very thing the Order trained her to kill: a vampire. A mythical demon has set his sights on the school and only the ordained hunter has the powers to face it. Unbeknownst to the Order, Abby’s their precious ordained one and their only chance for survival. As much as she would love to leave them hanging, she’s not willing to risk the life of Emily, a fellow friend and hunter also fed up with the organization.

But for Abby, locking herself away in a fortress with angry descendents of those she killed causes suspicions and tensions to run high. Abby must learn the demon’s weaknesses for battle before the Order learns hers.

Have you ever wondered what could be hiding in the shadows?

Well, for eighteen-year-old Zahara Faraday, she doesn’t have to wonder. You see she comes from a lineage of Light Witches, those who have chosen to help protect and serve between the supernatural world and the human world. The only problem is Zahara, like her father Solomon, is as human as a human being can be whereas her mother, Mia, and her Aunt Catalina, were born as Light Witches. As a family they hunt down rogue supernaturals—creatures who harm humans or who have committed an act against their kingdom.

Zahara’s hunting skills are usually kept dormant since her parents would prefer she live life as a normal human girl without knowledge of the supernatural world. She plans on doing just that—except when she finds a couple being attacked by fairies, she has no choice but to step in. Before she can return to pretending to be blissfully ignorant, Zahara encounters a problem she isn’t the least equip to handle: Bryan Hamilton, the good looking new co-worker she has to help train. In a heartbeat, her best friend, Becca King, has set her up on a double date with herself and her new crush, Rekesh Saint-Louis, who happens to be the most powerful leader of the biggest Imago Coven in South Florida –supernatural creatures with the ability to control water . . . and suck out human souls.

Zahara has no time to focus on how she’s going to explain her double date with her best friend and the enemy they have a tentative truce with to her parents because soon one of the members of Mia and Catalina’s coven is found murdered with a strange tattoo of a snake with wings carved into his arm.

Zahara is then thrown into a whirlwind battle with an angel determined to have revenge against God, an Imago coven she doesn’t think they should trust, and slew of dream-eating fairies and powerful Nephilims, hybrid children of angels and humans, more than happy to rip her to shreds.

Normal just got a deadlier definition.

Book Excerpt for Lucifer
(Sons of Old Trilogy, Book 1)
by Annabell Cadiz

The fairy moved slowly, his eyes roaming the park for movement. He sniffed the air as the breeze wafted through the bushes then turned his attention sharply back to the bushes. Zahara jumped back to her feet to steer him away from Becca and took off running. The fairy ran after her, moving so fast Becca thought he could merge with the wind. She let out a long breath and stumbled out of the bushes, knowing her best friend couldn’t fight him alone.

Zahara just ran, trying to find a place to hide and catch her breath, but seeing none. She staggered forward as the wind pushed her from behind and was suddenly gripped by the neck by a hand composed of pure muscle. The fairy threw her onto the ground and raked his nails across Zahara’s face. Zahara managed to cover her face with her arms, and cried out as she felt the skin ripping open.

“Hey! Get the hell away from my best friend, you demon, tree-hugging bastard!” Becca yelled and rammed herself into him. She fell to the ground with the fairy and drove the dagger into his side as hard as she could. She flipped herself up off the fairy and jumped back to her feet, standing hunched forward with her muscles locked as the fairy stood.

He removed the dagger from his side and threw it onto the ground, eyeing Becca with a hard glare. Zahara aimed another arrow at him, but the fairy swung his arm out, throwing Zahara into the air with the strength of his power. He pounced on Becca, who managed to dodge him and stay on her feet. She eyed the dagger quickly, trying to measure how far she would have to jump to retrieve it. The fairy moved toward her and Becca leapt, except she couldn’t move. Her arms and legs were as rigid as an iron board. She couldn’t even blink.

The fairy curled his lips into a wicked smile and grabbed her hair, yanking her head back forcibly and bringing his lips to hers. Becca tried to close her eyes. If she closed her eyes than he wouldn’t be able to steal her memories or her dreams, but she couldn’t make her eyes listen. Her brain was sending out a loud warning signal, but nothing was happening. The fairy opened his mouth slightly and inhaled deeply. Becca saw the memory before it left her. It was the one where she had gone to the Father-Daughter Dance at church with her dad the year before. She could feel the memory fading, her dad’s smile and warm arms around her disappearing into darkness, as the memory was sucked out through her lips, a thick layer of blue, corporeal energy, before being transferred into the fairy’s mouth. Becca could feel tears streaming down the side of her face.

Zahara got onto her knees, and wavered back and forth as she tried to shake the pain out of her head. She grabbed another arrow from the canister strapped across her shoulders and aimed for the fairy. She blinked a few times, since her vision was still out of focus, shifting between seeing Becca and seeing a blurry version of her. She shut her eyes tightly and opened them again, staring intently at the fairy, and shot off the arrow. The arrow bounced off some kind of shield the fairy had put into place.

Zahara growled underneath her breath and took off running toward Becca and the fairy. She could see the blue stream of energy escaping Becca’s lips and felt her heart pounding in her veins as she roared and launched herself at the shield. The fairy paid no heed to Zahara’s attempt to save her best friend. Zahara pounded her fist against the invisible shield. She stepped back, breathing hard, and stabbed one of the arrows into the shield as hard as she could. The shield cracked and burst open as the tip of the arrow set itself on fire.

The fairy hissed at Zahara and threw Becca onto the ground. Zahara tried to aim the arrow at the fairy, but was once again thrown back by his power. Zahara lifted her head and grabbed the bow. She tried to get to her knees—every muscle in her body protesting—so she could aim another arrow, but the fairy threw her back again. Zahara cursed under her breath as her bow flew out of her hand and she was smacked into the back of a bench.

Zahara looked up toward the fairy, feeling behind her back for another arrow, but finding none. She cursed under her breath again. She had forgotten to restock them after training. The fairy was moving with slow steps, his eyes blazing in triumph as he neared her. He was enjoying having finally worn out his prey and Zahara scowled at him.

Suddenly, the fairy turned his head sharply to the right and another figure emerged. Zahara’s shoulders slumped back. She could not handle fighting off two of them; she wasn’t even sure how to defend herself against one of them without any kind of weapon. But Zahara realized the fairy wasn’t moving anymore. He was crouched forward and his hands were in fists. Zahara looked at the new figure and cringed. It was Rekesh. His skin revealed his true nature as he slid off the glamour and the moonlight caressed his bare neck and face, turning his skin silver.

Rekesh was an Imago, a creature born of a mermaid and the fallen angel Kutiel. He could move ten times faster than any human and had the strength to rip a human apart with his bare hands. During the day, he looked like an ordinary person but at night, in the moments Rekesh dropped the glamour of magic, his skin would turn silver because of the power of the moon. The moon controlled the ocean and since his ancestry connected to the water, when nightfall came, his strength increased, and so would his power to control the element of water, if he had not been exiled from the Celeste Kingdom. Rekesh, like any Imago exiled, was stripped of his elemental power, but that did not make any less dangerous.

“You have one chance to make this easy for yourself,” the Imago spoke out. He had his hands placed behind his back, eyeing the fairy with patience as if he were training a puppy.
Zahara used the back of the bench to help her rise slowly to her feet, keeping her eyes on the fairy and Rekesh.

“This does not concern you, Moonlighter,” the fairy spat.

“Attacking humans is against the law, Pixie,” Rekesh said. He had not moved. His demeanor was as relaxed as when he had first stepped into the battle.

The fairy curled his lip at the last word. “You are no longer part of the Royal Court. I do not answer to you.”
Zahara inched toward her bow, which was stuck in a bush twenty feet from where she stood.

“You are in my domain. Any supernatural creature caught attacking humans will be captured and returned to the Kingdom from which you were exiled for sentencing. Now, I can see you will not make this easy for yourself, so I suggest enough of the idle pleasantries,” Rekesh said, before he launched himself toward the fairy so fast Zahara barely had time to take a breath.

Zahara took off running as Rekesh and the fairy fought, moving with the wind. She could hear the thundering of fists and the cracking of broken bones, but could not see them. She didn’t care. She ran to Becca, determined to get them out of there before either one of the supernatural creatures had time to recover.

“May I?” The shadow at Sienna's small cottage door asked. Drake's muscular frame was a stark contrast to the chaos from the elements beyond him.

“Do you need an invitation?”

“For the sake of my honor and politeness, I certainly do,” Drake admitted. Not completely satisfied with his answer she considered his request. He may not be the undead but he was definitely something.

Sienna sat nestled in her favorite love seat, facing the fire finally relenting, she told him, “Be my guest.” She noted the quick way he surveyed his surroundings when he stepped across the threshold, first the exits-windows, décor than finally his eyes settled upon her. Unwilling to bend to his close scrutiny, she took a sip from her wine.

“It's cozy here, not anything like the resort. May I?” She nodded for him to help himself to her spirits as he took a seat in a cushioned chair. Masculine man, dainty chair taking up space with his mere presence made Drake appear even bigger and stronger than he had in the gazebo.

“Courage?” she asked him pouring a glass.

“Restraint,” Drake answered before holding it up for a toast. “To good decisions.”

“Good decisions,” she reiterated kissing his glass with hers. A moment was taken to drink and think before he began to press her for answers.

“It's a simple proposition,” he stated.

“Is it?” Sienna tightened the shawl she held around her bare arms, the fire made no difference to the temperature of the room; she merely made the fire for ambiance but now she felt exposed so close to this imposing man. The bright and colorful flames helped with her state of mind as well as the red wine and Mary Shelley book that now lay abandoned on her lap.

“You're exquisite,” he said matter-of-factly.

“That didn't sound much like a compliment, Mr. Devilin.”

“Why aren't you married?”

“A proposal has never come up.”

“I find that hard to believe.” In a single gulp, he finished his wine.

“How old are you, Mr. Devilin?”

“I‟m thirty six. Please call me Drake.”

“And you've never been married?”

His smile was one of a pure blooded playboy. “It's never come up,” he replied with a lopsided smirk.

“What's good for the goose is not necessarily good for the gander, I suppose.”
Sienna grabbed the wine bottle and offered him a refill; he gladly accepted.

“I understand my benefit in this whole crazy scheme but not yours.” He gently pushed.

“Does that make you uncomfortable, not knowing?”

“It makes me question the sanity of this request, Sienna. I don’t believe in one sided deals and I don't believe in modern day martyrs.” From the intense look in his eyes, she believed what he said.

Agitated by this man's closeness and all he would change in her world, she uncurled her feet from beneath her and set them on the floor. The storm beyond her four walls picked up. Sienna crossed to the window to watch the thunder and lightning explode.

“I'm afraid my answer remains the same.”

Making a Deal With the Devil
By Kenya Carlton

Captain Drake Devilin is a pig. A handsome chauvinist who wants what he wants. Mainly what he wants is a different woman every day of the week, lots of money, and a restored family reputation. That’s not asking too much, now is it? Upon meeting the beautifully dashing Drake Devilin, most people would just give into his persuasive charms. Unfortunately, he has this one little flaw in his personality that causes him problems from time to time and that’s his fierce sense of loyalty.

At the beginning of Sweet as Sin, Drake is propositioned with the marriage to Sienna Caldwell in order to restore his ruined family name. It’s for one year he figured, so what’s the worst that could happen? Well apparently everything. At first Drake’s intentions seem beyond self-serving. All he has to do is get married, divorced, and then he will be able to reap in the buckets of money. What does he care about an island full of people he doesn’t even know? After all he did lead a troop of lethal killers through war and survived nearly unscathed, but why would Drake agree to this deal if it is merely to support his playboy ways?

In the 1930’s, reputation equaled prestige, which equaled money, and Drake needed lots of money. Upon closer inspection, Drake Devilin is not at all what he appears. His motives, that seem abundantly clear in beginning, blur rather suddenly. To most men, it would be a no-brainer, but most man-sluts, pardon me I meant confirmed bachelors, couldn’t imagine entertaining just one woman.

Drake feels drawn to the brown beauty Sienna Caldwell, but he doesn’t even know her, and soon after the nuptials, he makes every effort to avoid her. But that pesky personality flaw starts to rear its ugly little head. Drake’s loyalty to everyone dear to him extends to a woman he barely knows. So when the devil comes a calling, Drake weighs his options. He above anyone understands sacrifice, dying for a cause is not a farfetched idea, hell he nearly died for his country. The only part Drake did not bargain for was falling in love, but if he read the fine print like he was supposed to, he would have seen where it clearly stipulated love forfeits it all.

Tee picked up on the third call. “Wha’ is it?” Tee mumbled, obviously still half asleep.

“Tee. What. The. Hell?”

“Whosis?”

“It’s me, Meg. What the hell was in those drinks last night?”

“Drinks?” Tee coughed. Meg heard the flick of a lighter, the gentle grind of flint against steel, and waited for Tee to suck down her first drag of the day. “What’re you talking about?”

“The wine,” Meg said, her voice a screeching tire. She kept her eyes on the zombie. She stared at it for two reasons. One, to be ready in case it made any sudden moves. And two, hoping that it would suddenly vanish, and she would be free to get off this freak show carnival ride. “The Merlot we had last night. In the graveyard.”

"Oh, yeah. That. Why? What’s up? You want some more?”

“No,” Meg said, biting back a scream. “I do not want some more. I want to know why there is a freaking zombie standing in my apartment.”

“What happened to you last night? Danny was asking for you.”

“Tee, listen. Focus. I need to know. Did you put something special in the wine? A little birthday boost?”

Tee laughed. “Shit, Meg. Did you sleep with Danny?”

“What?”

“He is a lousy lay. No doubt. Thinks he’s in love with you, right?” She laughed again. “Kick his ass out, girl. He’s got no business staying over if you want your privacy.”

“I don’t want my goddamn privacy, Tee! I have a zombie in my apartment!” Meg screamed. The zombie jumped at the sound of her scream, as if a bolt of electricity had suddenly brought the thing to life.

“Stay back!” Meg said in a pleading tone of voice. Her heartbeat went into overdrive, and it set her teeth chattering painfully together.

“Whoa,” Tee said, obviously offended. “Don’t get all commando on me. Not my fault you fucked up and shagged a loser.”

The zombie jerked its right leg forward. Then the left.

“Oh, shit,” Meg whispered, tears rolling down her cheeks now. “Shit, it’s coming.”

“Meg, you really need to get a grip. Just say no, girl. Just because it’s coming, doesn’t mean you have to take it.”

“I don’t think I have any control over that, Tee,” Meg said, explosions of fear wracking her body.

“You want my advice? Sleep it off, Meg. I’ll talk to you tomorrow.”

“Tee, wait…”

Meg heard a click and then the dreaded dial tone. Her best friend, her only real friend, had disconnected the call.

The zombie jerked toward her, snapping and creaking with every step. Meg crab-walked backwards, scuttling off her bed and landed on the floor with a painful thud.

Her mind racing, playing catch-up with what her eyes were seeing, Meg tried to come up with a plan. She could shove the thing, hard enough to make it fall, maybe into a hundred pieces like one of those plastic toy snap skeletons her parents liked to give on birthdays. The next part of the plan was easy. Run. Run away as fast as her feet would carry her.

Her studio apartment was just under five hundred square feet. The front door was not more than a few paces away.

But what if the thing moved faster than she expected, like a lazy alligator suddenly darting for the kill?

She still had her phone in her hand, but whom could she call? Meg didn’t have many close friends, and you couldn’t call a casual acquaintance to help with a walking corpse, real or imagined.

The zombie walked around the bed, coming for her. The smell emanating from the thing was turning the wine in her stomach to vinegar, but Meg swallowed back the nausea. She threw back the comforter and clambered off the bed, keeping her eyes on the zombie. Pieces of rotting gray cloth and leaves fell to the floor.

It was coming closer, no more than three feet away now.

Meg’s heart ran a thumping rhythm inside her chest, and she broke out into a cold sweat that left her shivering on uncertain legs.

“Stay back,” she said, but the thing stepped closer, its bare knee bones peeking through the shredded trousers.

Panicked, Meg lunged forward, legs scrambling, stomach lurching. She thrust out her hands, making contact with the zombie.

The impact, when it came, was like a jacked-up haunted house gimmick. She felt her fingers plunge through the fabric of the thing's tattered white shirt as her hands sank into its rotting chest. The flesh beneath its shell of leathery skin was surprisingly gooey. Her hands sank into the gelatinous mess, and she had a fleeting thought that this was how people went crazy. She could feel her mind slipping away from the shocking reality of her predicament and into a deep, dark hole somewhere in the depths of her mind.

And then the rancid flesh embraced her, pulled her in. An intense burning triggered her hands to start shaking, and the sensation traveled up her arms. She screamed and tried to pull her hands away, but they stuck, super-glued to the monster. A bolt of blue ran across the zombie's chest. Meg screamed again, howling like a wounded animal, desperately trying to free herself from a nightmare she didn't quite believe in.

Character Profile: Cassandra Cosgrove
From the Guardian Of Fate Series
By L.J. Kentowski

Thanks so much for having me on the blog today! I’m so honored to be here with you all!

I thought it’d be fun to for everyone to get to know the main character of Guardian Of Fate a little deeper than probably she even knows about herself. So, grab a seat, and lets watch Cassie squirm as we analyze her life.

KATE BECKINSALE AS CASSANDRA COSGROVEName: Cassandra Cosgrove

Nickname: Cassie

Age: 22

Physical description: Long, wavy, auburn hair. Tall, athletic build. Blue-green eyes.

Family Tree: Daughter to Sara & Troy Cosgrove, both Guardians Of Fate.

Occupation: Student, hospital intern, Guardian Of Fate

Personality: Smart, witty, skeptical, loner, quiet unless she has something to say, strong, determined, brave

Special Abilities: Cassandra has visions that prophetically show her the death of an innocent individual, whose soul is being stolen by demons from Hell. As a Guardian Of Fate, her job is to go to the scene of the death before it happens and save the victim by altering the turn of events leading to their death.

Background: Cassie’s father died when she was four, leaving her mom to raise her for most of her life. She’d always had visions, but it wasn’t until she was sixteen that she realized they meant the difference between life and death. Her mom played a vital role in teaching her the ways of using her visions. After finally getting her life under control as a Guardian, her visions change drastically, including mysterious men, and unalterable endings. Suddenly, her life isn’t quite how she thought it was, and she has no idea who she can trust.

Likes: Honesty, quiet nights at home, hanging out with best friend Nora, cheesy horror flicks, pizza.

Dislikes: Lying to others and lies from others, secrets, uncontrollable situations, egotistical men, demons, Hell.

Internal conflicts: Everything keeps changing in her life, and she doesn’t know what her purpose is anymore. She just wants to live a normal life, but it’s not possible as a Guardian. Fighting to control her feelings for a particular man, whom she doesn’t trust. Cannot figure out Hunter and Caleb roles in her life.

External conflicts: Being pursued by these men that she just met at the same time that her visions are changing, and no one can tell her what she is experiencing or how to deal with it.

Social life: Non-existent. She’s given up on relationships, as it’s too hard to explain her sudden disappearances when she has to go save someone. In her words:

“I was sure if I even attempted to explain who I was and what I did, they’d run faster than I did to save someone from the throes of the Underworld. I imagined it all the time, ‘So-and-so, I need to tell you something. I’m a Guardian of Fate, and it’s my mission on earth to save people’s souls from Shadows of the Underworld.’ I might as well wrap myself in tin foil and ask them to take me to their leader.”

Favorite song: Familiar Taste Of Poison by Halestorm

Dreams: Living a normal life

And you thought your life was complicated! So, tell me, what’s your prognosis?

Thanks again for joining in on the Guardian Of Fate Blog Tour!
